Not one normally to share personal posts on here.
But, the man in the picture (my dad) is the reason why I'm driven to be my own boss (some may say entrepreneur) he had a positive, can do attitude. Always backing me when I was younger and telling me I can do anything I wanted to.
In the photo dad was making another visit out to Spain (up to 4 X a year) on my birthday. I moved out there at 22 when my brother and I set up what come to be a very successful, well known mobility company. He would call me weekly encouraging me on my down days. God knows you have lots of them running a company.
He loved those visits and so did I. Fortunately, my mum has not only maintained her role as an amazing supportive Mum, she has stepped in to support me in ways I didn't think she could.
It's his anniversary today. It's a day of mixed emotions. But, truly makes me grateful for the family I have.
